AI Consulting · End to End

AI that works as hard as your business does.

We talk through where AI actually pays off in your operation. Then I build the feature, wire it into the systems you already run, and hand it over working. One person, accountable for the whole thing.

Who this is for

Every business has work AI can take off its plate.

Blue collar or white collar, five employees or five hundred. If there is repetitive work, there is a feature worth building.

What I build

Custom features, grounded in your data and your workflow.

Not a chatbot bolted onto your website. Features designed around how your business actually runs.

01

Customer-facing assistants

Chat and support assistants that answer from your actual docs, policies, and product data. They know when to hand off to a human.

02

Workflow automation agents

Agents that handle the multi-step work your team does by hand: intake, triage, follow-ups, scheduling, reporting.

03

Document processing

Pipelines that read invoices, contracts, applications, and forms, extract what matters, and push it into your systems.

04

Internal copilots

Tools that let your team ask questions across your company's knowledge: past projects, customer history, operations data.

05

Content and marketing systems

Pipelines that draft, edit, and publish in your brand voice, with a human approving before anything ships.

06

Something else

If you can describe the job, we can figure out whether AI can do it. The first conversation is where that gets sorted out.

How it works

Three phases. One person accountable for all of them.

1

Discuss

We map your business together: where the repetitive work is, where customers wait, where information gets lost. I tell you which AI use cases are worth building and which ones are not. If nothing is worth it, I say so.

2

Build

I build the feature: model selection, prompts, evaluation, interface, infrastructure. You see working versions early and often, not a slide deck at the end.

3

Integrate

The feature goes into the tools your team already uses: your CRM, your database, your website, your inbox. I train your team, document everything, and stay available after handoff.

Why me

I run my own business on systems like these.

I run a daily AI media operation: a news show posted to three platforms every day, plus a newsletter. Behind it is a set of AI agents I built myself. They scout and rank stories, write scripts, edit video, generate captions and overlays, and draft the newsletter. Work that would normally take a small team happens automatically every morning.

That matters for you because I am not selling ideas I have never operated. Every system I propose for your business is the kind of system I depend on in mine. I know where AI is reliable, where it fails, and how to build the checks that keep it honest.

I also cover AI news daily, so I know what the tools can do this month, not what they could do when a course was recorded last year.
